If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on returns as well.

Your Order Refund Rights

You are entitled to cancel/return Your Order for a full refund within 45 after of your delivery.

Any return of used products, damaged products, or products missing original packaging or accessories will receive partial or no refund at all. Please contact us before returning any unit if your return falls under this category.

Cancellation: Canceled orders will be refunded right away unless the cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped. 

Returns: Returned orders will be refunded once the item arrives back to our warehouse and is inspected. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process the refund after the returned unit is in our possession.Please be advised that personalized orders are the final sale.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days at the latest. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
